Meet Tim Scott
Tim Scott leads a team of experienced legal professionals dedicated to achieving results for their clients. With 27 years of litigation experience, Tim has successfully handled a wide range of serious personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, premises liability, product liability, and elder abuse. He has secured millions of dollars in settlements and judgments on behalf of plaintiffs across northern Illinois.
Before co-founding FeganScott, Tim spent a decade as a partner in a boutique law firm, managing the litigation department and representing corporate and individual clients in personal injury cases. His experience includes handling complex matters such as breaches of contract, deceptive business practices, and violations of consumer protection laws.
Tim also played a pivotal role in establishing the Chicago office of Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro, expanding the firm’s presence in the Midwest and gaining extensive experience in class action litigation. He has served as lead counsel on cases involving antitrust, insurance practices, and consumer fraud.
Tim’s background includes working in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster before law school, providing him with valuable insights into insurance law and claims processes. This unique perspective enhances his ability to effectively advocate for clients in personal injury cases, ensuring they receive maximum compensation.
Tim holds a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Illinois Institute of Technology – Chicago-Kent College of Law, and an undergraduate degree from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. He is deeply rooted in Illinois, having been born and raised in DeKalb and currently residing in Kendall County.
Elizabeth Schoolfield
Elizabeth Schoolfield is a dedicated paralegal at FeganScott Injury Law, specializing in electronic filing, client communication, maintaining case files, and trial preparation. She excels in reviewing medical records and ensuring meticulous case organization to address every detail. Elizabeth is committed to achieving fair compensation for all clients.
With prior experience in supporting personal injury firms and familiarity with municipal law, residential, and commercial real estate, Elizabeth brings valuable expertise to her role.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English studies from North Central College and has deep roots in Kendall County, having grown up in Oswego and residing there with her family outside of work.
Tory Kenney
Tory Kenney has been a key member of FeganScott Injury Law since joining in 2019 as a legal assistant. In her current role as Firm Administrative Manager, she oversees administrative functions, including office procedures, staff supervision, project coordination, accounting support, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Before joining FeganScott, Tory spent four years as a Realtor at Kettley and Company in Yorkville, IL, and eight years as an accounts receivable clerk. Her background in real estate has equipped her with strong client service skills and organizational expertise.
Tory holds an associate degree from Waubonsee Community College in Illinois and has been a resident of Yorkville since 2007. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with her family. She takes pride in being a mom to two daughters and a golden doodle named Millie May, who often joins her at the FeganScott Injury Law office.
Naomi Wolf
Naomi Wolf joined FeganScott Injury Law in 2023 as a legal assistant, where she oversees the firm’s intake process, often serving as the initial point of contact for clients. She also supports case management activities, contributing her meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to the firm’s efforts in advocating for accident victims.
Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from North Central College. A long-time Illinois resident, she resides in Yorkville with her family, actively participating in the local community. Outside of work, Naomi enjoys attending her children’s sporting events and spending time outdoors with her three dogs.
